Apon bulbs

I put 9 apon bulbs in the tank 30 days ago. 3 grew within 10 days, but the other 6 nothing! There isn"t any fungus showing, and they sunk right away. Is there still a chance they could grow?

I'd say give em another month. If they dont grow by then, they're duds. I learned that from experience lol. Sometimes they grow sometimes they don't.
