Can I grow Anubias and Amazon swords with this?

If I was to get this light, would I be able to grow Anubias and Amazon Swords? I don't want to add co2 or anything like that right now, I want a pretty simple planted tank. I currently have black diamond blasting sand as my substrate.

Hi! I had that same light and had a TON of Anubias and java ferns. The only reason they didn't survive was my African cichlids decided to tear them all up.

I used flourish excel and root tabs.

The only difference I read was one has a mid day bulb and a 10k bulb plus LEDs.

The first one seems the better option. The other one has the actinic and daylight. You really don't need the blue. Just my 2 cents.
