Very much so. I cut three inch long parts off the plant and stick um in the sand. The original plant I take cuttings from usually ends up with new shoots growing from more than one spot. I have found it very difficult to kill my ludwigia repens. Other ludwigias might be a bit more finicky.
Your very welcome. You'll get an idea of what it can take once it grows out more for you. If i may suggest, cut low enough that new growth has a chance to grow underwater.
