I've never tried co2 before and I'm not sure which kit to buy how to refill how much co2 goes into a tank I have no clue. My tank is a 40 gallon breeder and I would appreciate it if someone could help me find the right to size co2 system for this tank and the basics. ~ Thank you

Bigger the bottle the better. Try and find a local supplier who can fill them. A lot of people on here use paintball tanks. Buy a good quality regulator aswell. Mid to high range should be fine but don't get the $60 ones. Azoo or gla or medic are good brands for regs. Get an inline diffuser if your running a canister. Aim for 2bps or 30ppm of co2

Forgot to ask are u going high light? The lower the light the less co2 u need. In a low light u can go 1bps or 15ppm and still see good results. If u go high light then the demand is high for co2 and nutrients.

What light fixture are u putting over the tank?
