Full spectrum Bulb?

Will a homedepot T-8 full spectrum bulb support plant life?

Do you know what K rating it has. I willing to bet yes, but the color maybe a little harsh to your eyes depending on the K rating.

No..I dont know that..I am just putting a dual 15w fixture over a 10 gallon grow tank..And was just going to use it to keep trimming alive until I get to the LFS. I havent had nuch experience with T-8s, so am I looking for full spectrum or daylight bulb? They are just 18" bulbs.

If should have said something like "soft white" or "cool white". You want "day light" and the K rating is 6500K.
