How much CO2 do in need in my tank?

Was thinking about adding a CO2 system to my tank, but was wondering how do I know how much is correct, is there a simple way to work it out. I have a 63g tank with long hairgrass, vallisneria spirals, mini hairgrass on bogwood, anubias, java fern and an amazon sword - easy to care type plants. Temp 26.5, Ph 6.6 and 2 t5 bulbs.
