is there a way by looking at the bulb what the spec of it are?

I have a 36g tank kit from Petsmart, can I tell by looking at the fluorescent bulb what the spec of it are? ie;the wattage, color etc.

should be printed right on the bulb, if you can't see it from the front try taking the bulb out for a better look

If the numbers aren't on the tube, take the number that is n it an look it up. That should take you to the specs.

The bulbs normally have printed the K.... the box will have the complete information.....worst scenario look into the internet with the brand
