Light retainer question

I have Jebo lights and they come with these little clear plastic looking retaining bands. I've busted one of them and was wondering where I could get a replacement. I've looked online at Foster/Smith, and a few other places, but I can't find them anywhere. I figured the planted forum would be best (higher interest in lighting) so I posted here, but feel free to move me if you think this would be better elsewhere.

Are these "rubber band" type, and they go accross the metal clips that hold the bulbs in place?

I wonder if you could use the Coralife Retaining Bands. They sound the same and are available online.
