I just got my 125g set up and running. I absolutely love it i have some sword tails and platy's in there as well as four or five plants. My 46g has 10 or so plants and a variety of fish all of wich are going to get moved to the new tank but how do i avoid transfering the snails on the plants.

Potassium permanganate and I don't think we want to recommend this to many people. (Dangerous product)
