Believe it a red melon not sure anymore as its been a long time since I bought it. I have gravel that has flourish tabs and a co2 tank everything else is fine but my swords. Should I add the tabs more often like two times a month or do I have to much light I have 4 bulbs of coralife HO 4x24 I add flourish iron and potassium because I am getting little holes in my Lilly.

Can't really tell but look close on the out leaves this is the sword

Problem I'm having the new leaves it's making also are fading away
