Propogating amazon sword plant?

I bought an amazon sword plant a few months ago and it seems to be doing really good so I wanted to try and spread it to my other tanks so is there a certain way I should go about cutting off peices for moving?

The sword will put out a long stem and grow daughter plants from that in time and it is happy or you can take it out and look at the base . If it looks like it is trying to split you can cut it in the middle of the split and replant both pieces . Takes a while for either to happen . Swords can get huge .

No way ..I bought like 4 Amazon swords ..I did not know they get that big ..no wonder it grew a new leaf in 3 days
