Seachems Flourish and/or Flourish Excel for java moss?

I've heard java moss does well with iron which Flourish contains but Excel doesn't. I dont have a CO2 pump if that helps.

Which one would be better for my java moss? I don't have the money to get both but I can always get one and then the other later on.

IMO/E java moss needs neither. It will use the nutrients in any new water you add to the tank. If you really want you can get flourish (not excel). IMO using excel for just moss is a waste of money.
