Staurogyne Repens - Dry Start Method help!

The leaves on my S. repens are drooping in my dry start tank. They were submerged about a week ago. Is this normal? What do the signs suggest? Thanks!

How are you maintaining the humidity in there? Plastic wrap over the tank?
IME star repens transitioned pretty easily from the Topfin gel packs to submerged. No melting and it rooted quickly.

Am I understanding that they were submerged and are now emersed? How long after removing them from water did they start this? Are the brown spots mushy or hard?
