My current setup is a 75 gallon heavily planted tank run at pH 6.6,,kH 4 and temp at 79. I currently have the following inhabitants

5 Corydoras Sterbais
3 Siamese Algae eaters
2 otoclinus
10 Cardinal Tetras
2 German rams (breeding pair)

My lfs has several keyhole cichlids and I plan on adding some to my tank, as well as more German rams. Now for my questions.

1. Should I add an even mix of male and female german rams or go for more females than males? I was thinking of 3 or 4 more

2. How many Keyholes should I obtain? Once again I was thinking of three, but because they are impossible to sex, maybe more to get a breeding pair.

Second o naswer your questions i would have more femla blue rams than males.

I persoanlly would not add keyhole cichlids as if you had a spawning pair they could become relatively aggressive, and in a big tank their is less chance they will hurt anyone but i still juts wouldnt risk it.
