i Rinse the Topsoil i bought, found a lot lilo rock and piece of wood/trees
will it cost a problem or should i just remove it?

question is, remove it or leave it

another question is, by pouring the soil into the tank wont it cloud the water blacky?

have any use penny(coin 1 cent) or nails as iron for their plant?
if so will it be harmful to fish?

I already took all the rock n woods out. My soil right now is very smooth feeling.
Will the filter remove the blackness cloudy?

Your filter will eventually remove all the fine stuff, but it might get clogged up, needing cleaning every few hours. Usually, it is best to lay the soil substrate down in an empty tank <cover with top layers if desired> and fill with water slowly so as not to stir things up too much. <Put a plate over the spot where you are pouring the water in to minimize stirring.>

After planting & stuff, I would wait a few hours for the soil to settle, then do a large water change (or 2) to remove most of the suspended stuff. This would reduce the amount of work your filter have to do.

i re-rinsing and rinsing my soil on till it the soil turn a SEA SAND color like.
is that good or is that to much rinsing?

i upload some pic so u can understand me better.
thats how it look like without any substrate over it.
