Looks that way! Cool! You can just pop it off and replant it! They're heavy root feeders though, so you might want to plant it down really well and fertilize it with root tabs.

I've added another pic...so do i just cut it where the small white roots are growing out of it?

yep, thats a baby sword. Let the roots get a few inches long before you cut it off... then just cut it as close to the bottom of the plant as you can.

BTW they are called "plantlets". I had one on my Amazon Sword and the whole plant died! 
Now it growing back. YAY
