Toby honeycomb puffer

So I want one I have a 55 gallon no live rock or sand but have big submarine so he can sharpen his teeth. I have 2 damsels a shrimp a blenny a dottyback 3 blue green cronies and a clown can I do it go to my bio to get more info on my tank soooo can you please tell me if I can get him

if you feed them the right food they can sharpen their teeth on that too. what sort of shrimp do you have? i have my valentini in with 2 peppermint shrimps and 2 cleaner shrimps but there is always the risk that the puffer will try and eat one if not fed well enough. I assume they are similar to valentinis as both tobies and they tend to be quite placid towards other fish so should be fine although every fish is different and your shrimp will defo be at risk.
