Emperor Snapper
quickfacts.gif

Scientific Name Lutjanus sebae
Reef Compatible No
Care Level Expert-only
Disposition Peaceful
Min. Tank Size 150 gallons
Mature Size 45 inches
Diet Carnivore
Range Indo-Pacific
Size Class 15

45 inch is almost 4 ft

I don't agree with tank size

maybe that tank size X 4 if not bigger

Well I know a good pet store that could take him so I'm going to have to bring him to there and get some things more the tank is 72 inches long

that clown gets just shy of 2 ft
I would think about him too unless he is to be a lone fish
if you subtract 24 from 72 that leaves 4 ft for the trigger
to swim thats a tight fit

omg now I sound like tang police lol thank god I'm not

Blog thinking about upgrading my tank by next year should a hundred 80 gallons be sufficient

I think a trigger can be comfortable in that I believe the foot print is a little bigger in a 180

Well it's going to be an expensive upgrade so I'm going to have to start saving now lol

Except for the enforcement of road which is getting a little too big the triggers seems to be very comfortable

Interesting that they are saying a four foot fish (that can get up to 70lbs) would be okay in a 150g. I would think a 300g would not work at half that size. Cool fish though.
