I have a 37 Gallon talk with 2 clowns, a six-line wrasse, royal gramma, and flame angel. 28 pounds of live rock, 7 snails and 3 hermit crabs.

I have noticed at night a white web like thing floating from my live rock. I am tring to identify and figure out how to remove it. Also trying to find out what the bluish moldy spots are

I am new to this site and trying to post pictures

Thanks for the help

I know some wrasses make muscus webs to disguise their scent when they sleep. Mine does it and i notice the webs close to where i see him in middle of the night when i cut the moonlight led on. That may be what your seeing.

I have those also in my tank. I think it's the nassarius who's doing it (atleast in my case). Strong water current removes mine.

If they are always in the same spot, it's most likely a spaghetti worm. No idea if they are any good in a tank. I see them all the time while diving
