I've noticed two different kinds of crawly critters on my LR. It is cured and has been cycling with LS for a week and a half now. Today I saw a long one, about a 1/4 inch with a bright orange head...looks like a centipede? The other one is only about a cm in length. Anyway I was wondering if anybody knew what these things are and if I should try to get rid of them. I have also noticed that some of the small polyps that were on my LR when I got it are now gone. Could these worms be eating these other life forms on my LR?

Yikes!

Just bristle worms. They are prevelent in most live rock I have found. Too many can be a niuscence and can be controled with a trap, or you can purchase certain fish and inverts that love to eat them. I have a longnosed hawkfish that takes care of my problem in a 55g. Bristle worms can also be benificial toyour LR in being a clean-up crew for it.
