Garra Rufa Spa Water.

Hi My name is Von and I live in England.
I have just bought a Garra Rufa spa. It has two identical tanks, two identical fiters, two identical pumps, two identical heaters and both have brand new identical uv lamps.
My problem is although everything is identical, right down to to percentage of water in the water change, one tank has discoloured water and the other is crystal clear and they sit right next to each other.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

What do you have in the tanks as far as decorations are concerned? Any driftwood? Driftwood will leach tannins into the water making it look like tea almost.

There is nothing in the tanks but water and fish as it is to put your feet in so that the Garra Rufa nibble any dry skin away for you.

What do you do as far as water changes go? How much do you change at a time? What is the total volume of water in one tank?
