Hello,
I'm a new member and novice aquarist. I had a 55 gallon tank many moons ago that houses two oscars and a common pleco.
Now, I'm married with children and have started a 29G tank with gravel base that houses 1 Angelfish, 1 red tailed shark, 1 German blue ram, 5 blue danios, 2 bristlenose plecos, and two ivory mystery snails that looked like they may have been mating a few minutes ago. Guess I will have more snails if that is the case! We did have an Angelfish die recently and I'm still upset. She would follow you in the tank like a puppy. My other angel is more of a recluse. He spends a lot of his time in the plants. There is a Fluval and tetra whisper filter on our tank. I have partially planted the tank with Amazonian swords and Anubias barteri attached to driftwood.
I joined this forum to soak up the knowledge and get advice on additional plants and fish suited for our size tank.
Thanks
