Just picked up a 100ml package of Purigen at my local Petco using money we had left over from a gift card from a returned cat bungalow, and I was wondering if the below configuration in my AquaClear 110 seems okay in terms of media staggering...
This is how I have it running now:
Sponge/Foam Block (Bottom)
Purigen Pack (Middle)
BioMax Bags (Top)
Further -- will one 100ml pack of Purigen be okay for my 60 gallon with three smallish goldies as far as bio-load, or do I need to add another pack to the AquaClear. In that same area, does anyone think I should add any Purigen packs to the Aqueon filter?
