I am currently in the process of planning my next tank. I have fallen in love with planted tanks and I really like the idea of having a long shallow tank. My next tank will be anywhere from a 20 gallon long to a 40 gallon long. I just have to wait until I move into a new apartment/house to determine what is practical for the space.
I kind of like the rimless look. If I get a 20 gallon long, I will just remove the rim, but I wouldn't feel comfortable doing so in a larger tank. I came across glasscages.com in my search for larger tanks. I was just wondering if anyone has experience with these tanks. Do they leak? Are they a good value? Have you had problems with pick up/delivery? Or are there better sources for tanks (more specifically, a 40 gallon long)?
