Best settings for my new light?

I just got my new Current USA Satellite Freshwater Aquarium LED Plus Light in today. I'm looking for input from whoever has one as to what are the best settings/spectrums for things like plant health, fish color, favorite settings, etc.

Oh my, good luck to you! Yours is way more complicated than my new Aquatic Life Edge. I just got it in early January and I still havent mastered the programming! I find it so hard because there is no instant satisfaction with plants. It is set the program, then wait to see how they react. Wrong? Set it again and wait. And again and again. LOL Seems part of my problem is that before the bright new light, I had med-low light plants.

Briannano is the guy you need in this thread, from what he's told me the plants want the red/green/blue or Rgbs! I'm not familiar with either models but if they're programmable they should have that option! Good luck..
