Ebay overflow box

I have a 55gallon salt aquarium. I am now setting it up again since breaking down the tank. I am interested in an overflow box. I saw some on ebay and want to know if anyone on the forum has tried them. I have heard some awful stories about overflow boxes not working. The option of drilling my tank is a no no for me.

I don't know what you saw on Ebay, but I used a u-tube style overflow for over 15 years. It never failed on me once.

They are U tube syled overflows I saw on Ebay. I built my own overflow from pvc tested it with a bucket and water. It always restarts but I am a bit skeptical about using it.
