I Need Power Compact Wiring Help

I have a PC light fixture... I am replacing bulbs and want to know if it matters what wire is plugged in to what bulb pin? All the wires from the ballast are the same color, so I didnt think it mattered but wanted to make sure... If it helps it is a straight pin configuration

I think I found the answer on my own... The ballast wires were already "jumped" and as such there are 4 wires leading to each bulb section... after this, the pins dont matter right?
I mean any wire can connect to any pin?

If the wires aren't colored, I don't think it will matter....
