light question

am I supposed to run daylight and actinic light separate or at the same time this is my light http://www.drsfostersmith.com/Product/Prod_Display.cfm?pcatid=15690&N=2004+113030

It came with two timers and it said 24 hours lighting system

That means it has lunar LEDs (lights) that are on 24x7. As for lighting, I run all mine at the same time. 8-10 hours of light is good. Some will run the actinic before/after the white light come on/off.

I'd do mine with actinic on at 1pm, then the daylight on ALSO at 2.

Daylight off at 10, then actinic off at 11.
