MAGNUN 350 water polishing questions?

I got 60 gallon FW tank with 2 magnum 350's. I was wondering is it ok to run 1 of the filters with the Micron cartridge running 24/7 for continuous water polishing?

Yes you can. Just keep and eye on the flow because those Micron cartirdges can clog up quickly.

on this note, does anyone know of a company that makes some kind of flow rate indicator that you can plumb into the tubing? Even a simple pressure guage with the right fittings would do the trick if it were sensitive enough. It'd be pretty easy to fab up with a length of PVC, if you could find the right guage, but some company has to already have on on the market.

my Micron filter clogged quickly and was pretty much impossible to clean. Unless you plan on buying a new one 2 times a month I would reconsider it. maybe try loading one with a ceramic filter media???
