New filter?

I am currently using a sun sun 303b and ha e been for about 3 years. It is finally kicking the bucket. I was thinking of just replacing it with the same but was wondering if anything has happened in the last 3 years that would cause me to go with a different filter. It is on a 75 gallon semi planted soon to be full planted tank. Thanks

I had a Sun Sun and it broke on me after about a year and a half . However on that note I see them online for a like 39 bucks. I might get a new one just becuase the price is so low.
