Does anybody here use their RO/DI system for both drinking water and aquarium use? Do you run drinking water through just the RO and not the DI? Filter Direct has one with two outputs and from the pictures it looks like this is how it is setup. Hard to tell though. Any opinions or recommendations?

Yes, I have 1 I got from Filter Direct. The RO output goes into a storage tank then to a faucet on the sink and the DI output goes into my top off container. It works great, but you just have to remember when your making water for your tank thru the DI, you have to shut off the valve to the storage tank.
