Upgrade from a 75 gallon tank

If I were to upgrade to a larger tank, what would be the next step. Would a 125 be a big difference in maintenance? I like the amount of work I am currently putting in and don't want to put too much more work. So if everything is equal. whats a good size upgrade from a 75?

IMP, the larger tha tank the easier the maintenance. The expensive part is the equipment! Getting bigger PH's, lighting, etc. can be very expensive, but with the large tank, the water level seem to be more stable.
