UV filter causing micro bubbles

I recently installed a UV filter in my tank and it is creating loads of micro bubbles that make the tank look dirty. I’ve turned the flow right down but it’s not helped at all. Is there anything else I can do to stop it from creating them other than just not using it.

Got to be some air getting in there some how. Sterilizers Dont produce air. Check to see where air could be getting in.
