Wavemaker efficient enough?

I’m new and still looking at everything to set up my 125gal to be a reef community tank. I’m unsure if (JBJ Oceanstream Circulation Pump/Powerhead + Duo Wavemaker Kit 1600 gph) will be efficient enough to produce the flow rate I need. My tank is 72 x 24 x 18. I’m on a budget so I have to stick within the price range of this kit, current price is 134.99.

Thanks, I read articles that say 10 to 20 X the amount of gallons of the aquarium, then others say more. It's hard to know what I should go with.
