Window cleaner

I bought a 2nd hand 200 litre tank that my gf cleaned with window cleaner (a blue liquid spray) while I was at work. What should I do to make sure it's safe before filling it?

Cleaned inside and out? Not really an issue if nothing got on the inside.

Rinse, rinse, rinse some more. Wipe it down with water and white vinegar. Then do some more rinsing down.
