Your favourite heater?

I currently have the Marina Submersible 100w heater for my 20 gallon tank. At first it seemed to be heating the tank well enough, but after just a few weeks of use it doesn't seem to heat my tank more than 22c
I'm looking for a more reliable heater!
What would you recommend??

I have a fluval that already has issues, several eheims that I can't ever seem to set or calibrate, aqueon pro, hydor, and many cheap Chinese ones. I guess my favorite ones are just the cheap ones, aquaneat and some others. For the cost, I can buy 3 to one eheim or fluval
