My breeding pair of angels are sitting at the bottom of the tank and not swimming. Are they okay? no signs of eggs or anything. They are just acting strange...

Without knowing anything about your tank, I would suggest testing your water for ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate as soon as you can. If you do not have access to a test kit, I would suggest a large water change (and add carbon, if you have any) just in case a contaminant has gotten into the tank.

I tested and all checked out. It has fresh carbon..

By all checked out do mean, 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites, and less than 20 nitrates and a liquid test kit? Give us the exact numbers to help you more. Do a large water change. That's always the first course of action.

i had the same problem but only with my large male angelfish he died in the end but all the other fish in the tank was fine .
