Finally got it up
Water is starting to clear...
The sump with new bio balls, scrubbed it clean as best as I could.
Aquascaping still needed, waiting till the water clears up.

Right after I rinsed the sand and made my sand bed.
Protein skimmer is busted, I don't know much about fixing that either...still working on it.
