This the final product with the blue LEDS on. You can also dim an color so in this case you could dim the blue to dark blue.

The stripping has 3M adhesive backing so its is very easy to install. Also the LEDs are water proofed with a silicone jacket that covers the stipping
here i drilled a hole thew the hood for the power wire. I did this next to the stock switches on the T5 hood.
