This is the top of the stand. The center is oak plywood and the edges are solid oak 1x4s.
This view shows the strainer teeth. The fuge baffle is angled in the hopes that it will quiet the water flow into the return area.

The stand has an internal frame of 2x4s with an oak plywood skin. The outer layer you see here is the molding.
