Hard to tell from the photos but I would be wary that it is a crack especially since it appears to go all the way to the edge of the pane. You might try to view it with a flashlight at an angle and try to identify how deep into the pane it goes.

The 330ppm is coming from a digital TDS meter I have and the 216ppm for sodium is from the well test that was done when we moved in.

We just moved to a new house this past fall and we are now on well water. Our water is fairly hard (330 ppm) and it is mostly sodium (216ppm). Does anybody know if this will be an issue for goldfish or koi?
