So I may or may not have went a little crazy with black Friday deals. Aside from purchasing $400 in hedgehog supplies, I decided to buy new lighting for my 29 gal.
I previous had florescent lighting, and my plants are not growing . I have something in there that was labeled at the pet store as...
I have a large marble angel fish that is tearing my tank apart. I got her as a tiny little baby, but now that she is bigger I want to trade her to the LFS. Any suggestions on what I should try to get them to trade for? I want more fish as I don't feel like I have many, and at the moment I have a...
It isn't cycling. I'm pretty sure that it just had a bit of ammonia probably because I added 3 fish? Not totally sure, but last night when I tested it seemed to be gone and they tested @ 0. I'm going to do a water change anyhow probably on Friday. The is algae everywhere so they have plenty to...
I have had an Otto for 4 days and he is still alive (knock on wood)! I don't know how many of these I have went through trying to get an established otto in the tank! I have some ammonia in there now (very very small amount that came in on yesterday's test!) , and I REALLY want to do a water...
Do your endlers just look pretty standard? -- as such -- http://details.endlers1.com/images/A-BB13.jpg ?
I need guppy grass but don't want to buy just that :)
Any extra snails you'd like to sell? My assassins need fed ;)
Thanks for the input guys =)
Vircomore - That is what I feed them until they get a bit bigger and then i just crunch up some flake food for them =) I can only feed it to the ones that I manage to catch and transfer over to the fry tank tho because it makes my adult guppies so bloated and they...
hey guys!
I've been MIA for a while but I am back now because I have a quick quesiton! I bought a couple of female guppies off the interwebs a while back and they had babies pretty much as soon as I got them here... Well now the babies are about 3 months old and although they are VERY pretty...
I love my duckweed =) And even with it my nitrate levels are somehow rediculous high! My apple snails go up to the top and eat the crap out of it! My baby guppies also like hanging out in clusters of that and hornwork.. I've never had an issue with it covering my aquarium like I've heard that it...
I used this stuff.. and it worked so fast and amazing! I also noticed that I have less RCS... but it seems like they are safe for them most part as well as my snails! My guppies are all healthy and happy finally! I feel like i saved them from almost every disease possible that they had when i...
I think that your plan is fine =) I'd make sure you have some plants in the 2.5 gallon... I've never really moved pregnant guppies because everytime I do, I have bad luck with it. I think you'd probably need a heater but that just depends. I don't have a heater to actually keep the water warm...
