I need some advice. My daughters gave me a 46g bow tank for mothers day, which i'm planning to do a FOWLR. I have bakpak2r 3 maxijet 1200 (1 for water changes) My 1st question is: I have 60lbs of tidal substrance Meridian Oolitic from dr f&s. Can I use this and how much do you recommend. Betty

I also tried the garden basic sand from walmart today I was so exicited and then I got no repsponse. :cry: home depot has some fantasy sand I guess I'll try it next.

fantasy sand I found some fantasy sand today at home depot. its made by coastal supply co. Anyone know anything about it? If not I guess i'll buy some and to the vinegar test.

I also have been searching for sand. anyone have thoughts on the garden basic play sand at walmart? I also heard ace hardware might have some. guess thats my next search.
