Yeah I think I will move him over once its set up properly. Its still cycling and will be a month or more before I can move him. I will add some more plants in the meantime! I was going to put 2 bolivian rams and a groups of small cory species in the 30 gal in the future. Are these be fine...

Hi guys. A few days ago I sold a heap of fish from my overstocked 55 liter (30 gal) tank and now left with 1 gold gourami and 7 neon tetras. Now my gourami has started glass surfing- fast! And not stopping. It's never done this before. Is this a sign of bordom now that the other fish are gone...

Just another laterite question - does it effect the water quality, specifically water hardness (GH and KH!)? I cant find a clear answer on this. I have somewhat soft water from the tap and I dont want to increase the GH level!

Hey guys, Might be a stupid question, but here goes. If I put a layer of laterite under my sand will my corys or loaches dig it up? I am planning on getting a group of either species, but before I set it up and add laterite just want to make sure it will stay UNDER the top layer of sand.
