No I can't take him back and the LFS is closed as it is changing ownership. I wouldn't flush him if I had other choices.

They say min. tank size is 30 gal. I have him in my nano now and I dont think a fish thats max size is 4" would be a problem in it.

I have a healthy Saddle Valentini Puffer that I just purchased not being informed that they are not reef friendly. I would trade him for a small coral or small reef friendly fish.
