I have an annoying problem with my aquarium. It is a 200 liter tank and is provided with two external power filters, one undergravel filter, and one UV sterilizer. I keep mostly goldfish in it. It is located in a room of my house without the possibility of sunlight and anyways I keep...
It's a 30 gallons tank. I am glad you told me that. I heard from a friend that these could eat the goldfish fins and tails when they grpw up, but I wasn't sure it was true
This is also known as the Colombian Shark Fish or Silver Shark Catfish, etc, I wonder if it is good tankmate for Goldfish...are ther chaces it will eat their tails and fins?

Well, I do not have a way to measure ammonia in units, I have a kit that tells me by the color of the final solution (water+reactant) that the levels are safe and adequate. As per the PH the test kit is the same fashion, but the color has some values associated (my results were between 7.4-7.6)...
