Yeah, it has not been updated in a while, but it would be a good one to revive.

Tank mates for golden wonder killifish

If the tank were bigger, I would suggest rainbowfish. My golden wonder killi does well with them - he doesn't seem bothered by their high level of activity.

Rare find - Blue Lobster in Massachusetts

One in two million chance of catching one... And as you say, he caught two! That guy should play the lottery.

There was a picture: I couldn't really tell what was going on, but they did look small. But even 60 juveniles in a 30 gal seems like a lot, even temporarily. But then again, I don't know much about plecos: I've never really understood their appeal.

    craigslist bad finds

The text of the ad was pretty brief, and I don't think it specified, but I hope that's the case: that would make sense! That seems like an important detail to include, though. Hopefully, someone bought it, with the plan of selling off them off or moving them to other tanks soon!

    Pinkish water

I am guessing the dye is leaching out of your gravel.

Will adding more live rock to tank help bring down nitrate levels?

Doesn't it depend on what fish you have, though? For example, my understanding is that wrasses (or some of them, anyway), need food a few times per day. Also, to address the original post: I would avoid canister filters for saltwater, unless you are prepared to clean them out frequently, since...

Freakgecko is the person who posted about Malawis before, not a type of fish (at least not that I know of)!
