Alright. I know she's on a tight budget and would not like to spend a lot of money on a tank that big mainly for the reason that in a year or 2 she will have to get rid of it so she can go to the dorm at school. What do you think would help with the dietary problems??

I think that maybe if you like the skirt tetras, get a few more? Otherwise it could be an amazing community tank if you want it to be.

I blanch the veggies before I put them in my tank. They float but other than that I don't know how. :(

If I had 4-5 zebra danios and 4-5 neon tetras in a 10 gallon tank 1) would they be compatible or should I just get all zebra danios (I've heard the 2 species will not school together but will the 2 schools be compatible?) and 2) would I be over stocking? ( if so give me a reasonable #) thanks!!!
