Have a 75 gallon tank and 2 of my filters of my 4 filters I have were clogged and I just added a 7.0 h buffer I noticed my fish gasping for air so I dumped 50% of the water and then added new water the fish were fine again until a hour later so I replaced the media and did a 50% water change...

MY fish tank is very cloudy, is that because my ph is very very low I mean it almost reads nothing... My tank cycled and checked all the parameters nitrite nitrate and ammonia is where it should be please need some answers thanks I'n advanced!!!! Henry
