[Fishtankman]

An somebody help me? Everytime I put plats in my tank they die or disappear.... It's a community fish tank and idk what's happening.... I have one irredecent shark and am wondering if he may be eating the fish if so he is big I was wondering if I can give him a better home with own kind and a big place for him to swim around I feel sorry for him and want to give him to a great home that will keep him happy and loved can somebody please help me????? What size tank? How big are the platies usually? How big is the shark? Parameters?

The tank is 75 gallons the shark is about 8 inches and the platys are an inch
